A long career, briefly stated.
Over twenty years, I have closed more than a thousand acres of land, structured forty million square feet of real estate transactions, and delivered fifteen thousand homes and commercial units. The lesson, after all of it, is unglamorous: the best investments are the quietest ones — patient, well-underwritten, built on conviction rather than noise.
That conviction shapes every decision today. Across real estate, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and growth-stage businesses — the sectors differ, the standard does not. Clear thinking. Honest counsel. Capital that respects its outcome.
